Our pre-sale went through the roof this yesterday! Unfortunately we’ve noticed that some fake/overpriced tickets are already being sold on marketplaces or by unofficial resellers.
Please be aware that official tickets are only sold via our website (Paylogic shop) or resold via TicketSwap (later on). At this moment nobody received a ticket yet as these will be sent out closer to the event only after payment of the full ticket price. So we advise you to don’t pay any money for second hand tickets/deposits at this point.
When completing the order, each ticket needs to be personalized per visitor, so your name always needs to be on the ticket. This can only be done when buying or reselling via the official shops (Paylogic/TicketSwap).
Of course, we pay close attention to the black market and if we notice any tickets are being sold against our rules we actively cancel these tickets. If this is the case, we will sell the released tickets to our loyal fans at a later moment.
