BI’ve been a fan of MOH for years and still have a lot of love for the brand and what it represents. But I’ve had a really disappointing experience with my recent order.
I accidentally ordered the wrong hoodie size and contacted customer service straight away – but got no reply for two weeks. When they finally responded, they told me to return the item (which I did), but the return parcel got stuck at customs despite being clearly marked as a return. It then bounced back and forth between the UK and Netherlands, and has now disappeared completely.
I’ve spent over £90 on that hoodie and after two months, I still have no item, no refund, and no help from customer service.
I’ve bought a lot of hardcore-related clothing from various EU shops and never had an issue. This is the first time something went this wrong – and sadly it was with MOH.
Really hope the customer service improves, because the brand deserves better.
