On the 30th of March, it’s finally time for Masters of Hardcore – Time Heist! Make sure you come prepared for this edition of Masters of Hardcore and check out the final info below!

TICKETS
Final tickets for Masters of Hardcore 2024 are available here! Are you in possession of a regular or VIP ticket and want to upgrade it with an afterparty ticket? Then visit the add-on shop.
I haven’t received or lost my ticket(s), what now?
Tickets are sent immediately after payment is completed. Haven’t received your tickets yet or lost them? Go to paylogic.nl/tickets, enter your e-mail address, and receive your tickets again.
In addition, you can always download your tickets via the ”manage order” page. You can find the link to this page in the footer of your Paylogic confirmation email. Please contact the Paylogic customer service so that they can correct this for you.
I have used a wrong e-mail address, can this be changed?
No problem. Please contact Paylogic customer service so they can fix this for you.
I have filled in a wrong name or I want to change the name on my ticket
You can change the name on your ticket via the ”Manage Order” page. Check the step-by-step guide here.
PERSONALIZATION
In order to receive your tickets for Masters of Hardcore, you need to personalize all the tickets in your order. Check the step by step guide on how to personalize your tickets here!
LOCKERS
There will be e-lockers present at Masters of Hardcore. This means you will receive a code and do not need a key. Make sure you keep this code safe and do not show this code to anyone when you enter it. We recommend to buy your locker in the presale. This is possible until Friday 29th of March 09:00 AM. When you buy your locker in presale, you can win hardcore prizes! Check all prizes here.
Lockers will also be available at the event.
DOORS
The doors close at 08:00 PM CET, so make sure you are inside before then! This also counts if you go to the afterparty.

MASTERS OF HARDCORE CHAPTER XLVI ALBUM
Like every year, we release an official Masters of Hardcore album with a selection of the best recent hardcore tracks! MOH Chapter XLVI is only available at the event.
OFFICIAL AFTER
Not done partying yet at 11:00 PM CET? No worries, we will continue until 03:00 AM CEST (02:00 AM CET) during Masters of Hardcore 2024 – Official After! Get the last tickets for the afterparty at https://shop.mastersofhardcore.com and check out the full line up!
The afterparty will take place in the extreme hardcore area. A special entrance will be created for this purpose, where you will have access to the afterparty. If you are in possession of an afterparty ticket, it is important to go in the correct queue when you arrive. There is a queue for visitors who purchased their afterparty ticket as an add-on and for combi+afterparty tickets. You will be given a wristband here that will allow you to go to the afterparty. Make sure not to lose this wristband because this is your entrance to the afterparty.
The locker you used for Masters of Hardcore during the day can also be used during the afterparty.
PLEASE NOTE: The afterparty is only accessible for Masters of Hardcore – Time Heist visitors! So a ticket for the afterparty alone will not get you in.
MERCHANDISE
There will be two Masters of Hardcore merchandise stands at the event. You can pay with cash, PIN and by credit card. Please note: You can’t pay with tokens. Download the official Masters of Hardcore app for iPhone and Android, and check the full merchandise collection. You can order your items upfront and have them shipped to your home or pick up at the event. Creating a wishlist is also possible. Check and order the full Time Heist collection here.
PLEASE NOTE: Items on your wishlist are not guaranteed. This all depends on stock at the merchandise stand.
MINIMUM AGE
The minimum age for Masters of Hardcore is 18 years. This means that you must be 18 years or older on the day of the event. We will not make any exceptions about this. Make sure you bring a valid ID. No ID means no entry!
RECYCLE SYSTEM
We operate a recycling system on all cups, cans and bottles we hand out at the bar during all our events. To recycle the products we sell, we want to collect as much as possible. This way, we keep the event clean together and make sure there is no waste on the ground.
How does this work?
You will receive a free recycling chip at the entrance. Please note that this chip is not a token you can use to pay for drinks. It has no value and can only be used for the recycling system.
– First round? Hand in your recycle chip during your order at the bar;
– Next round? Take your empty cup/bottle or can to the bar and exchange it when ordering your new drink;
– Lost your cup/bottle/can? Then you have to pay 0.5 token for a new cup/bottle/can.
– Finished? Bring your empty cup/bottle/can to the bar and exchange it for a recycling chip.

SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking areas. If you do decide to smoke outside the designated smoking areas, you have the risk of being removed from the event. Vaping is also not allowed inside. Use the floorplan to find the smoking areas.
NO CIGARETTES AVAILABLE
Due to the smoking ban in public areas, smoking is prohibited outside the designated smoking areas at Masters of Hardcore. Because of the high fines imposed by the NVWA for smoking outside designated smoking areas and because of the health risks, we have decided not to sell cigarettes at Masters of Hardcore.
WHEELCHAIRS
There will be a wheelchair-accessible entrance and wheelchair-accessible toilets during Masters of Hardcore. Everything at Masters of Hardcore is at the same level.
TOKENS & ATM
There is no ATM at the event, but it is possible to buy your tokens and merchandise by PIN, credit card or cash.
WHAT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING IN
We are regularly asked what can and cannot be taken inside. We have made a list of the frequently asked questions. Check them out here:

MEDICINES/MEDICAL INFORMATION
You are not allowed to bring medication without a doctor’s note. Do you need to take your medication during the event? Then make sure you bring a doctor’s certificate.
It is possible to pump at the first aid and store this in the fridge during the event.
FOOD/DRINKS
During Masters of Hardcore, there is an extensive choice of different food and drinks. Do you have a special diet? Don’t worry, we take this into account and also have vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected]
PHONE CHARGING
It is possible to charge your phone during the event. There are powerbanks for sale at the merchandise stands.
TRANSPORT
Prepare your trip to Masters of Hardcore – Cosmic Conquest and check our official transport page what is the best way for you to travel to the event. Here you will find all information on public transport, car and parking, organised bus trips and more.
Masters of Hardcore is easily accessible by train. The nearest train station is ‘s-Hertogenbosch Central Station and this train station is at walking distance from the event location. Check ‘NS Reisplanner’ or ‘9292’ for the best route.
If you organise your own bus trip, please register your bus via this form.
PARKING
There is possibility to park near the venue. If you buy your parking ticket in presale, you save yourself €3! Buy your parking ticket in presale for €15 (excl fee) and for €18 at the entrance.
Please note: If the parking spaces around the Brabanthallen are completely full, you will be redirected to another parking area on walking distance.

HEARING PROTECTION
Hear the Music, Protect your Ears
Take care of your ears! With music above 87dB, it is smart to use earplugs with a special music filter. This way, you can still hear the music super well, you can still talk to the people around you and, last but not least, you protect your ears. Not yet in possession of a pair of high-quality hearing protectors? During Masters of Hardcore, Alpine earplugs are available at the Alpine stand. These are super comfortable and reusable, so they protect your ears not only during Masters of Hardcore, but also during other events. Life sounds better with Music.
(VIDEO) CAMERAS
All kinds of cameras are allowed at Masters of Hardcore, so bring your cameras and show your friends your Masters of Hardcore! Don’t forget to share your photos on social media with the hashtag #MOH2024.
Selfie sticks are allowed with a max length of 1 metre. Professional video cameras are not allowed. Video cameras should not be larger than 20×20 cm.
LOST & FOUND
All found items will be posted on https://ilost.co/nl/org/art-of-dance on the Wednesday until no later than two weeks after the event. Have you found something yourself? Click here to submit the item. Good luck!

CELEBRATE SAFE
During Masters of Hardcore, we party safely. If you have any questions about the use of alcohol or other drugs, you are more than welcome to visit Unity’s Celebrate Safe stand in the main entrance hall. Unity is a volunteer project in the Dutch party scene. Their volunteers will be happy to give you advice on alcohol and other drugs in an objective and open-minded way.
Feeling unwell? Or is someone feeling unwell? Don’t hesitate and go to our first aid. Take good care of yourself and each other! You won’t get in trouble for seeking medical help and telling the truth. Medical staff have confidentiality agreements regarding sharing confidential information with others.
